About Us
LRS Consulting Inc. was incorporated in February 2001, is owned and operated by Randy and Lana Stefan. Their oldest son Sean joined the company in April 2006 as a summer student and continued to work part time while attending university in the fall of 2006. Sean began working full time in January 2007 and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Regina in May 2007.
During the past
9 years, LRS Consulting has provided management, financial, administrative and marketing services to companies in a variety of industries. LRS Consulting has developed and implemented a marketing and coaching program designed specifically for small business owners. Randy has a passion for small business and loves to use his experience in marketing, management and accounting to not only help grow revenue and profits, but also help small business owners view their company as a legitimate business that can operate with a profit well above the break even point.
LRS Consulting programs work to establish better relationships with customers, clients, and guests, using the power of the principal of reciprocity, direct response marketing, and advancements in technology.
Below are brief biographies of the LRS Consulting Team:
Randy Stefan C.A., B. Admin.
 Randy obtained a Bachelor of Administration with Distinction from the University of Regina in 1981. He then worked four years as an auditor at Clarkson Gordon during which time he wrote and successfully passed the national uniform final exam to become a Chartered Accountant in 1983. His concentration was on audit clients in manufacturing, retail, agricultural, professional services, restaurant and non profit as well as working in the field of insolvency.
Randy moved into the pipeline construction company as a CFO for four years, during which time the company grew in sales from $2,000,000 to $20,000,000. Randy then gained valuable management experience over a ten year period when engaged as the general manager of a residential land development company, an 18 hole golf course, farm machinery auction company, commercial real estate, truck stop, store, wash and motel.
Randy then became the President and Chief Operations Manager of a new residential land development and 18 hole championship golf course, where he developed the business plan, organized investors, coordinated and supervised the design and construction of the residential housing development and championship 18 hole golf course. He implemented the corporate operating systems and interviewed and hired the operations staff.
Randy further expanded his business knowledge base by obtaining extensive training in the field of marketing and began developing and implementing marketing programs for small businesses in various industries as mentioned above. Randy also enjoys giving back to the community through services on several non profit and charitable organizations.
He currently is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lutheran Church Canada, and is the
Past President of the Saskatchewan Golf Association and has served as a rules official at several provincial golf tournaments. He has also served on the Board of Directors of The Regina Regional Home Builders Association, Central District Board of Directors of Lutheran Church Canada and was a founding Director of Communiskate during the fund raising and construction of a community based skating rink.

Sean is set to obtain his Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing Major and Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina in May 2007. Graduating in four years, Sean has earned the SGA Bill Gordon Memorial Scholarship and Faculty of Administration Excellence Program Entrance Scholarship. He was a member of the 2007 U of R JDC West Business Competition delegation as a member of the marketing team, finishing 4th place in the Western Canadian competition.
Sean also sits on the Regina Regional Ecomonic Development Authority's Future Leader's Group, helping to coordinate initiatives to keep and attract young talent to the city of Regina, primarily as part of the communications team. Sean has been a member of LRS Consulting since May 2006, and during this time he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about online business strategies to compliment his strong marketing background. Sean also brings to the team ten years of experience in the golf industry, working in numerous areas of customer service with multiple courses in Saskatchewan and Kananaskis Country Golf Course in Alberta.
